Going down Cebreiro mountain side (Monte de Aréa) and following the road to Liñares along 3 km, where the way turns left to cross the road again while leaving the village and ascending San Roque Hill. Soon after this, you will get back to the road and enter Hospital de Condesa, leaving it while taking a path on the right to find it again 100 m on.

2 km after, you will leave the road again, turning right, and, after crossing Padornelo, you will initiate the ascent to Alto de Poio. From here, you will continue on the road until you get to Fonfría, where you will leave it turning to the right to keep going down parallel to it. Finally, you will arrive at Biduedo, where you will cross to keep going on the left side towards Filloval.

Leaving Filloval, you will cross again the winding road and will continue descending 2 km more, towards the entrance to As Pasantes, where you will cross it for the last time.

Following a passage surrounded by trees, you will keep descending to Ramil, and 1 km after, you will get to Triacastela.
