Starting the route on the International Bridge, you will cross it and turn right on the gas station, towards the river Miño and the Lavacuncas Pier; this used to be the fluvial entrance for the pilgrims in Tui, before the bridge was built.
You will enter the historical centre of Tui via the old Camiño da Barca towards the Cathedral; once you have visited it, you can go down, passing by the St. Clare’s Convent and Santo Domingo and San Bartolomé’s Convents.
Walking on the valley of river Miño, you will head towards the medieval bridge known as Ponte da Veiga; before crossing it, you will turn left and going through the woods, you will get to the railroad and the road N-550. After this, you will be able to see the Chapel of Virgen del Camino. Follow the yellow arrows leading to Siete Caminos intersection and the historic San Telmo Bridge.
Going through the woods, you will head towards Magdalena, church of Santa Columba de Ribadelouro. There, you will see another medieval bridge, the one called Ornbenlle over the river Louro. After crossing this bridge, you will go up to the old “winter’s pass” and then you will get to the industrial state of Gándaras de Budiño.
Keep going on 3 km more, and after passing by the Chapel of Nuestra Señora da Guía, you will get to O Porriño. Go through Rúa de San Sebastián and you will see the Magdalena’s Chapel.
You will leave O Porriño to take the road towards Redondela, leaving it later turning to the left and heading to Amieiro Longo. Keep going on the valley towards Mos Palace and Santa Eulalia Church, then go up Rúa Dos Cabaleiros.
Later on, you will get to Santiaguiño de Antas Chapel and 300 m after, you will see a Roman milestone (Miliario de Vilar de Infesta). You will continue to bar Choles and then you will cross a pine wood to go down to the N-550 and enter Redondela.
